A little story behind the making of Dr Lin...
It was summer in year 1997, inspired by the quote “The doctor of the future will give no medication but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease”—Thomas A. Edison (1847-1931)” Henry suspected his conventional dream of studying medicine wouldn't be enough of an answer to sustain his career. So the search for alternatives began…as anecdotal and metaphysical as it may sound today, Henry had found himself fascinated by many of the quotes from chiropractic literature.
Fuelled by youthful spirit and the quest to take on a different trail, the young Henry soon tested his curiosity against all odds to pursue chiropractic studies. He left his NZ home and abandoned A-graded medical student title to move across to Melbourne, Australia. In 2003 Dr Lin graduated with a double degree in Applied Clinical Science and Chiropractic Science at RMIT University, which has always been one of the pioneering forefront tertiary training institutions for chiropractors in Australasia.
Having always had a vision for integrated whole-body care, Dr Lin has purposefully combined his formal chiropractic qualifications with innumerable post-graduate trainings to broaden his knowledge base. Dr Lin also regularly attends seminars / conferences and workshops to stay up to date with latest researches and treatment protocols. (This is a mandatory requirement by the registration board https://www.chiropracticboard.gov.au, now governed collectively by AHPRA - Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency https://www.ahpra.gov.au )
A wealth of experience and knowledge have allowed Dr Lin to develop a proficient practice. He currently specializes in the following key areas within the scope of chiropractic neuromusculoskeletal medicine.
At its peak Dr Lin had directed a multi-disciplinary team of several practitioners. At present Dr Lin has resumed to running a solo practice with a small yet professional and lovely team of staff members. This would provide patients with a more personal experience as well as delivering specific treatments with better consistency.
