what we do : structure correction

To meet the growing demand for whole-body care, Dr Henry has purposefully combined his formal chiropractic qualifications with post-graduate training in specialised spinal, pelvic and foot biomechanical analysis and correction.

Dr Henry believes that in many patient cases, you can no longer isolate and treat individual body parts and expect long-term and lasting mobility results. SpinoConcept now successfully integrates chiropractic care with foot, pelvic and spinal analyses and offers a range of solutions to help restore the body back to its original design.

Dr Henry and the SpinoConcept team offer a complete structural correction program that is tailored specifically to suit the needs of individual patients. Following the initial consultation, x-rays and diagnosis, Dr Henry can outline a short-term intensive structural corrective program that will involve clinical visits for treatment and traction along with Stabilisers/Custom-made orthotics (if necessary).

The length of the CBP program will depend on the severity of the diagnosis and the commitment of the patient. The average patient program involves 2-3 clinical visits per week over a 3 month period. During the program, the SpinoConcept team work closely with the patient to educate them on the structural integrity of their body, the risks and hazards associated with their body type and condition, plus tips and advice on how to maximise the effectiveness of the CBP program in the future.

Following the program, X-rays are taken to accurately measure the transition of the body according to the CBP spinal and pelvic model. If the patient achieves the desired results, the clinical visits are scaled back to fortnightly, then quarterly maintenance visits.

A proven key to the success of many SpinoConcept patients is the use of a Spinal and Pelvic Stabiliser (SPS). Stabilisers are a new generation of footwear inserts that work from the ground up to help regulate normal posture tone and control in the feet that have a remarkable re-alignment effect right up through the ankles, knees, pelvis and spine.
